SAN DIEGO – The Pacific Coast Athletics Conference announced the all-conference teams in women’s and men’s basketball for the 2024-25 season.
The players of the year are Kylee Trujillo, a freshman guard from Palomar via Mission Hills HS; and Logan Huston of San Diego City, a sophomore guard out of Torrey Pines HS.
Among East County players, Grossmont College matched PCAC champion Palomar with three players — Kyla Palpallatoc, Amayla Anderson and Janea Wilson — on the women’s first team.
Women’s Basketball

Palomar College guard Kylee Trujillo, the PCAC Player of the Year
First Team
#14 Kylee Trujillo (Palomar) – The league’s most dynamic player, Trujillo averaged 14.1 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.0 steals per game while shooting 42% from the field.
#22 Kailani Flournoy (Palomar) – A dominant rebounder, Flournoy led the conference with 12.8 rebounds per game while adding 12.4 points per contest.
#30 Teanna Alaman (Palomar) – A versatile scorer, Alaman averaged 10.4 points and 6.3 rebounds per game, shooting 48% from the floor.
#2 Kyla Palpallatoc (Grossmont) – One of the top offensive threats, Palpallatoc led Grossmont with 19.3 points per game, making 32.2% of her three-point attempts.
#23 Anayla Anderson (Grossmont) – A two-way player, Anderson averaged 15.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.0 steals per game.
#5 Janea Wilson (Grossmont) – A relentless rebounder, Wilson averaged 10.6 points and 10.9 rebounds per game, recording multiple double-doubles.

#21 Kendal Alloway (San Diego Mesa) – A key inside presence, Alloway dominated with 16.0 points and 12.6 rebounds per game, making 53.7% of her shots.
#12 Stevie Lundquist (San Diego Mesa) – A skilled guard, Lundquist averaged 12.5 points and 5.7 rebounds while shooting 42.9% from the field.
#32 Amy Riley (Imperial Valley) – A standout performer, Riley averaged 12.8 points and 9.7 rebounds, proving to be a consistent scorer inside.
#10 Carolina Sauceda (Imperial Valley) – A leader on the court, Sauceda contributed 9.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game.
#54 Alethze Marquez (San Diego Mesa) – A reliable post player, Marquez posted 10.9 points and 11.5 rebounds per game, securing her spot among the league’s best.

Logan Huston (San Diego City) – The Player of the Year, Huston was a dominant force, averaging 13.3 points per game while shooting an impressive 58.9% from the field. His all-around game helped City control the competition.
Ramel Bethea (MiraCosta) – A key contributor for MiraCosta, Bethea led his team with 12.8 points per game and was a force on the boards with 10 rebounds per game.
Ayden Lockett (Southwestern) – The conference’s leading scorer, Lockett averaged 19.5 points per game, proving to be a dynamic offensive threat for Southwestern.
Kenny Gonzalez (San Diego City) – A reliable scorer for City, Gonzalez averaged 10.3 points per game while also contributing on both ends of the floor.
Isaiah Pomare (Palomar) – A dominant post presence, Pomare averaged 18.1 points and 12.1 rebounds per game, making him one of the most consistent performers in the conference.
Takoma Rosario (San Diego Miramar) – Rosario was an integral part of Miramar’s attack, averaging 9.9 points per game while shooting 50% from the field.
Jartavious Jackson (Southwestern) – A crucial player for Southwestern, Jackson provided a balanced game, averaging 14.5 points and 7.2 rebounds per contest.
Benji Hilstock (MiraCosta) – Hilstock showcased his shooting ability, hitting 30 three-pointers while averaging 9.0 points per game.
Marley Gonzalez (San Diego City) – A key contributor to City’s success, Gonzalez averaged 11.4 points per game and was a strong presence on the glass.
Max Zylicz (Palomar) – Zylicz was a versatile player for Palomar, averaging 13.5 points per game and connecting on 43 three-pointers at a 39.1% clip.
