EL CAJON (2-4-17) — Grossmont College women’s basketball coach KAREN CAIRES’s squad turned in a runaway victory over Imperial Valley college, 88-46, to take a two-game lead in the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference South on Friday (Feb. 3).

KYRA BRUESEWITZ poured in 22 points, 8 assists, 3 rebounds, 5 steals and was 8 for 13 at the free-throw line.
KAMREE HARRISON (Mt. Miguel) returned to the lineup after missing more than a month, coming off the bench and scoring 17 points on 8-of-15 shooting for Grossmont.
