FLETCHER HILLS – The new coaching staff at Grossmont College leasrned a hard lesson when the Griffins traveled to the Imperial Valley to lose an improbable women’s basketball affair.

Out-scoring Imperial Valley College in all four quarters, the Griffins claimed a 67-44 revenge decision over the Lady Arabs, moving to within a victory of the magical 20-win plateau.
