De Leon entered the weekend with 999 points following a 26-point effort against Hilltop. The senior co-captain then reached the plateau with a XXX-point effort against Grossmont, then added MM more points in Saturday’s (Jan. 21) road triumph at The Bishop’s, 57-40, at Fleet Center.
De Leon joins Mount Miguel senior guard Zanna Hurst in going 1K during the week.
