Tuesday, Nov. 22: Chula Vista at Helix
LA MESA – The Helix Highlanders surged to a 24-0 lead through the first quarter of play, easily skating past the visiting Chula Vista Spartans, 52-14, at Caledonian Gymnasium.

Wednesday, Nov. 16: Olympian at Mount Miguel
SPRING VALLEY – The Mount Miguel High girls’ basketball team debuts in the newly refurbished “Mata-Dome,” hosting the Olympian Eagles.
“Las Matadoras” mounted a 40-10 lead to coast, as the school seeks its 22nd consecutive league championship.
The revamped facility had the roof raised by almost 10 feet and included new lighting, a new playing surface, and many other amenities. A new locker room building is located to the south of the gymnasium.
