Santana 2, Mount Miguel 1 – The Sultans won at home to improve to 2-1 in league play behind goals from sophomore Ryan DeRosiers and senior Johan Cardenas.
Monte Vista 3, El Capitan 1 – The Monarchs won at home to remain unbeaten in league play.
Valhalla 5, Steele Canyon 1 – Sophomore Sevastian Dekho had a hat trick and senior Elijah Martinez scored a pair of goals.
Granite Hills 0, Helix 0 – The teams played to a scoreless draw in La Mesa, but Helix remained unbeaten in league play at 1-0-3 and overall at 4-0-3.
Foothills Christian 1, Guajome Park 0 – FCHS, the top team in Division V, continued to roll with the win over the Frogs, who were making their season debut.
Liberty 8, River Valley 1 – The Lions won the non-league game between East County teams.

Grossmont 3, Granite Hills 1 – After trailing 1-0 at halftime, the Foothillers scored three times in the second half to win the Grossmont Hills League game on the road.

Valhalla 1, Granite Hills 0 – Senior Elijah Martinez with the game-winner to take the Hills League game at Valley Stadium.
Martinez scored on a penalty with 21 minutes left in the game when he teed one up and pounded it into the right side of the net.
West Hills 1, Steele Canyon 0 – Senior Landon Vanderhyde scored the goal on an assist from Kyle Hammond. Junior Rhodes Canfield recorded the shutout, notching three saves.
Monte Vista 2, Santana 1 – Sophomore Jayson Oliver scored for the Sultans, but the Monarchs won the Valley League matchup.
El Capitan 0, El Cajon Valley 0 – There wasn’t much between the teams in the scoreless draw in Lakeside during the Valley matchup.
