EL CAJON – Valhalla High has been renamed “Three-ball-halla this boys basketball season.
The self-annointed nickname for the the Norsemen is a worthy moniker.
Valhalla, the Grossmont Valley League champions, etched its name on top of the section list for most three-pointers made in a season on Friday night as senior DOMANIC
The Norsemen now have 303 field goals from behind the arc this season.
Senior guard JORDAN GAINES added 11 points, five steals and six rebounds.

Senior EVAN O’NEILL had six points and seven rebounds for Valhalla.
No. 2-seeded Valhalla (25-3) will host Southwest (El Centro) in the first round of the San Diego CIF Division III playoffs on Wednesday at 7 at The Thunder Dome.
The Braves, meanwhile, will travel to face Calexico (15-9) in an interesting 10-7 matchup.
