The Wolf Pack got rolling in the bottom of the first inning with three runs as Haley Valles led off with a single, Alyssa Bubar roped a double, Ashleigh Hartwig walked, Star Gaylord walked to score Valles and Gabby Clippinger singled to score both Bubar and Hartwig to round out the scoring.
Otay Ranch in the top of the second inning was able to scratch a run back to trail 3-1. However, West Hills in the bottom of the second answered with another run as Hartwig would drive in Bubar to make it 4-1.
The Wolf Pack would round out their scoring in the bottom of the third inning as Savannah Henderson and Jules Fossing both had hits and also scored to go up 6-1.
However, Otay Ranch tried to make a comeback as they were able to push runs across in fifth and sixth innings but the Wolf Pack shut them down in the seventh to end the game.
