Another slow start fails strong-finishing Red Hawks

PINE VALLEY (9-19-15) — Mountain Empire is a perfect 4-0… when it comes to the second half, as they fell behind early again but found a way to get back into it before Tri-City Christian scores a late game clinching touchdown to secure a 34-14 victory.
JAMES WILL led the rushing attack for the Red Hawks (0-4) with 194 yards on 19 carries which included a 76 yard touchdown run in the second half.
VICTOR PARRA threw for 175 yards and a touchdown. The Eagles led 28-0 at halftime.
Mountain Empire will host Lutheran of Chula Vista next Friday (Sept. 25) at 7 p.m. at Red Hawk Stadium in Pine Valley.
